QCC has been an dream of mine for the last 3 years and after a lot of soul searching and planning, I have decided to finally take the leap and follow my passion. It may sound silly to some to utilize a personal concierge but I’m here to explain how QCC is different.
But first, let me tell you a little about me.
I grew up in a family of incredibly strong women who had an inherent drive to take care of everyone around them. It did not matter who you were or where you came from, if you came to our house, my family would do anything and everything to make our guests comfortable.
This had a huge impact on the way I have done everything in my life. It has made me the honest, hardworking, detail-oriented (almost to a fault) person I am today. As my great-grandmother always told me “If you have the ability to help anyone, you’re the luckiest person in the world.”
I wanted to start Queen City Concierge because we all have so many things going on in our lives that we often neglect doing the things we love. QCC is going to change that. I want to be able to give my clients something none of us can ever buy back, time. More time with their children, spouse, friends, communities, whatever they’re passionate about. Sounds nice, right? I thought so too.
We will be offering services to downtown/OTR residents, northern Kentucky and the surrounding areas.

Grocery Shopping – (includes purchase, delivery and stocking your fridge and pantry)
Light Housekeeping – Washing dishes, including loading and unloading dishwasher. Preparing simple meals for children. Keeping kitchen tidy and clean, including sweeping and mopping floors. Loading and unloading laundry into washing machine.
Entire Home Deep Cleaning – Including shampooing carpets, baseboard cleanings, grout/tile cleaning, home sanitization.
“Wait For” Services – We will wait for the repair/service at your home to be completed and report their progress.
Home Organization – Closet, pantry, coupons, junk drawers and everything in between!
Pet Services – Check in on a new pet, take them to the groomer or vet. Walks and feedings as well!
Virtual Assistant – Answering phones, research for purchases, client emails, managing schedules/travel arrangements and much more.
Shopping – Purchases, returns and exchanges.
Special/Emergency Delivery – Lunch delivery, reports, school projects, airline tickets, etc.
Party and Event Staffing – From servers/bartenders to catering and clean up. Party the night away, let us handle the rest.
New Parent Help – Nursery setup, cleaning, furniture assembly, steaming and sanitization.
Home Checks/House Sitting – When you are away we will keep an eye on your home. Bring in mail, water plants, etc.
Moving Assistance – Help pack/unpack, confirm movers, change of address cards, organize new home services.
Anything else? Just ask! We will come up with the best and most cost-effective solution possible.

$1,750 for advertising materials & marketing
$1,000 for license and bonding insurance

$950 for Point of Sale (Credit Card) system

Maynard is the sole founder and operator of Queen City Concierge. He’s lived in Cincinnati for the last five years after moving to the Queen City from Springfield, Ohio. “Cincinnati was starting to become the hot spot for startups and I had to get in on the action,” he says. “I’ve worked as the Marketing Manager of Cincinnati for Uber as well as for Jimmy Gibson of Jimmy G’s as his marketing and sales manager.” When you shop for concierge services from Queen City Concierge, you’ll find a variety of services such as grocery shopping, light housekeeping, entire home deep cleaning, “wait for” services, home organization, pet services, shopping, special and emergency delivery, party and event staffing, new parent help, home checks and house sitting, moving assistance, and anything else you may need help with.
