We want to bring authentic Hawaiian cuisine and aloha to the greater Cincinnati community

Kealoha’s Kitchen is currently a food truck roaming the streets of the greater Cincinnati area.

It is looking to move into a permanent brick and mortar restaurant, Backers will enable it to create that restaurant.

Kealoah’s Kitchen has secured a location in Latonia, KY.  It is a a small, family business owned by campaigner Valentino & his wife Amy Abafo, and their four children, Kawika, Kinohi, Kaliona, and Kekoa. The food is authentic Hawaiian cuisine, with family recipes from Valentino’s childhood in Hawaii.

Valentino points out that what makes this new restaurant truly exciting and unique is the signature homemade soy-based marinades for the meats, the combination of potatoes and macaroni into one salad, the hand-rolled lumpias, the spam musubis, and other local Hawaiian foods you can’t find anywhere else.  There’s nothing like it in the greater Cincinnati area.

The funds raised here will be used to purchase the necessary equipment, food, and supplies to get started in our new permanent location.  We will also be collaborating with Pandemonium Bar and Art Gallery, which is right next door.  They will be serving our food to patrons in their bar and gallery.

Rewards include food meals, and t-shirts with this business’s name.

The rewards are $250-$1,000.

All or nothing. This project will only be funded if it reaches its goal by Wed, September 8 2021 9:17 AM EDT.
